Hi there! My name is Sebastian Ortega Di Capua, an undergraduate Systems Engineering student at Universidad Fidélitas in Costa Rica.
Background & Interests
Throughout my academic journey, I have focused on software engineering, system architecture, and modern backend technologies. I am a strong advocate for open-source software and community-driven collaboration, believing that shared knowledge and transparent tools empower developers and creators worldwide.
Participation in WordPress Credits
This portfolio is part of the final capstone project for the SC-270 Computing and Society course through the official WordPress Credits program.
During this term, my contributions are focused on the Photo Directory team. My goal is to capture and submit original, high-quality photographs—principally centered on Costa Rican nature, flora, and landscapes—under the CC0 (Creative Commons Zero / Public Domain) license. Through these contributions, I aim to provide free, accessible visual assets for bloggers, designers, and developers across the global WordPress ecosystem.
